The 34th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company is scheduled to be held on September 22, 2025, at 12:00 Noon (IST) through Video Conferencing (VC)/ other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM) facility. For the purpose, Register of Members and Share Transfer will remain close from Tuesday, September 16, 2025, to Monday, September 22, 2025 (both days inclusive). \r\nThe cut-off date and record date have been fixed as Monday, September 15, 2025, for determining eligibility of members to vote by remote e-voting or e-voting at the AGM.
