Copper prices rose 0.27% to Rs 905.95 per kilogram in futures trade on Tuesday, driven by improved demand in the spot market.

On the Multi Commodity Exchange, October delivery contracts gained Rs 2.40 to Rs 905.95 per kg, with a turnover of 904 lots.

Analysts said increased buying by participants supported the uptrend in copper futures.
