N R Agarwal Industries Limited has informed the Exchange that officials from the Income Tax Department are carrying out search operations at the premises of the Company, including its plant locations and at the residences of certain Directors. The Company is extending full cooperation to the authorities during the course of the search. The regular business operations of the Company remain unaffected. The Company will make further disclosures of material developments, as and when required, in compliance with Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015.
