The 15th Annual Report of Essar Shipping Limited (ESL/ the Company) for the Financial Year 2024-25 is being sent through electronic mode to those Members whose e-mail addresses are registered with the Company/ Registrar and Transfer Agent / Depository Participant. Further in accordance with the requirements as mentioned in Regulation 36(1)(b) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, the Company is also sending a Letter to Members whose email addresses are not registered, providing weblink and QR Code to access the Annual Report.
