Housing and Urban Development Corporation Ltd (HUDCO) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Nagpur Metropolitan Region Development Authority (NMRDA) on September 8, 2025, in Mumbai.

Under the non-binding MoU, HUDCO will explore funding support of up to ?11,300 crore over the next five years for land acquisition, housing, and infrastructure development projects in the Nagpur Metropolitan Region. Additionally, HUDCO will provide consultancy services and capacity-building support to NMRDA.

The MoU was signed in the presence of Maharashtra Chief Minister Shri Devendra Fadnavis, Deputy Chief Minister Shri Eknath Shinde, HUDCO CMD Shri Sanjay Kulshrestha, and other dignitaries.
