Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), India’s largest IT services firm, has been chosen by Vodafone Idea to revamp its business support system using an AI-driven, future-ready platform, the company said in a release on Thursday.

Under the five-year agreement, the initiative will enable Vodafone Idea to enhance customer experience by deploying a platform built on intelligence, automation, and personalisation, while accelerating the rollout of new products and services.

While confirming the partnership, TCS did not disclose the financial details of the deal.
