The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 5.50 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 3.94 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 39.59 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 15.17 per cent at Rs 17.23 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 14.96 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 0.72 per cent to Rs 15.33 crore from Rs 15.22 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 4.46 per cent at Rs 6.56 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 6.28 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 834.62 per cent to Rs 1.91 crore as against Rs -0.26 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 735.63 per cent in September quarter.

Interest declined by 26.67 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.22 crore, while Taxation increased by 85.32 per cent at Rs 2.02 crore (Sep'24 Rs 1.09 crore).
