The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 6.52 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 5.37 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 21.42 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 21.99 per cent at Rs 65.87 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 84.44 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses dropped by 26.40 per cent to Rs 54.77 crore from Rs 74.42 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 35.63 per cent at Rs 1.18 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 0.87 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 10.78 per cent to Rs 11.10 crore as against Rs 10.02 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 41.95 per cent in September quarter.

Interest declined by 3.38 per cent y-o-y to Rs 1.43 crore, while Taxation increased by 1.10 per cent at Rs 1.84 crore (Sep'24 Rs 1.82 crore).
