The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 23.41 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 18.70 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 25.19 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 26.01 per cent at Rs 1,653.43 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 1,312.17 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 17.83 per cent to Rs 3,637.82 crore from Rs 3,087.34 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 61.28 per cent at Rs 7.08 crore versus (Jun'24 Rs 4.39 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 1167.35 per cent to Rs -6.21 crore as against Rs -0.49 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 850.00 per cent in June quarter.

Taxation decreased by 16.93 per cent at Rs 2.65 crore (Jun'24 Rs 3.19 crore).
