The Board Approved issuing 37,75,000 Equity shares on 14th May 2025 which was later approved by shareholder and BSE. However 6,67,500 shares could not be alloted within 15 days of BSE approval due to technical glitch. The board now seeks Shareholder ratification in accordance with Regulation 170(2) of SEBI (ICDR) Regulations 2018 in the EGM on Nov 3, 2025 to allot these shares.
