We hereby inform you that the board of directors of the Company at its meeting held today, i.e., 8th October,\r\n2025, has, inter alia, taken on record the order of the Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal, Cuttack\r\nBench, dated 26th September 2025, sanctioning the composite scheme of arrangement amongst Mangalore\r\nChemicals & Fertilizers Limited (\Transferor Company\), the Company and their respective shareholders\r\nand creditors.
