Revised disclosure of cessation of Independent Director. \r\n\r\nThe reason for revised disclosure is due to typo graphic error in Annexure page 1 i.e. name of the Director on second column. \r\n\r\nKindly take the enclosed disclosure for cessation of Independent Director, Mr. Sanjay V.
