The Company has not withheld any material information or event, which, in the opinion of its authorized Key Managerial Personnel (KMPs), is required to be disclosed to the Stock Exchanges pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ('SEBI LODR Regulations')\r\n\r\n2. The Company is not aware of reason for the significant movement in the trading volume of its securities across Stock Exchanges in the recent past.\r\n\r\n
