ACME Solar Holdings Limited (ACME Solar), through its special purpose vehicle (SPV), has entered into a 25-year Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) with Tata Power Company Limited (Tata Power-D) for a 50 MW Firm and Dispatchable Renewable Energy (FDRE) project on October 16, 2025. The Letter of Award for the project was issued in September 2025.

The PPA has been signed at a tariff of Rs 4.43 per unit, with a minimum annual Capacity Utilization Factor (CUF) of 40% and four hours of peak-hour supply at 90% monthly availability. The project will integrate solar power and Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) technologies to ensure firm and dispatchable energy supply in line with the PPA requirements.

With this agreement, ACME Solar has now signed PPAs for a cumulative capacity of 600 MW and 550 MWh of standalone BESS projects in the current financial year to date.
