The Board has approved the acquisition of the remaining 20% equity shares of Samskara Resort Private Limited, currently a subsidiary of the Company, thereby making the Company a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company. 2. The Board has also approved the transfer of the Samskara Resort & Spa, Jaipur of the Company to Samskara Resort Private Limited (a wholly owned subsidiary), on a going concern basis.\r\n
