The Company at their Meeting held today, i.e. the 25th October, 2025, inter-alia, has approved and taken on record the Un-audited (Standalone and Consolidated) Financial Results of the Company for the second quarter and half year ended on 30th September 2025, pursuant to Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
