The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 7.77 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 1.14 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 581.58 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose two fold by 271.92 per cent at Rs 17.22 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 4.63 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 164.99 per cent to Rs 8.93 crore from Rs 3.37 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 67.31 per cent at Rs 2.61 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 1.56 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 563.20 per cent to Rs 8.29 crore as against Rs 1.25 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 77.68 per cent in September quarter.

Interest declined by 15.38 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.99 crore, while Taxation increased by 379.55 per cent at Rs 2.11 crore (Sep'24 Rs 0.44 crore).
