It is informed that meeting of Board of Directors of the Company was held today at 12:30 p.m (IST) at the head office of the Company and the following businesses amongst others were transacted thereat:\r\n1. Approval of Standalone Un-audited financial results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2025 in accordance with Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and taken on record the 'Limited Review Report' thereon as provided by Statutory Auditors of the Company, which has been duly reviewed by Audit Committee and the same is enclosed herewith. \r\n2. The Board has taken note of the non-compliance with Regulation 17(2) of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, regarding the number of Board Meetings held. \r\n\r\nYou are requested to take note of the above for your records.
