Kindly be informed that following above provisions, 47,738 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each fully paid up of the Company of 223 holders thereof have been transferred to Demat Account of IEPF Authority within time prescribed therefor, on 27th October, 2025. These Equity Shares relates to persons who did not claim Dividend for seven consecutive years from that of financial year 2017-18.
