The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.54 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 0.33 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 63.64 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 81.93 per cent at Rs 2.58 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 14.28 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses dropped by 63.61 per cent to Rs 4.92 crore from Rs 13.52 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 1311.54 per cent at Rs 3.67 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 0.26 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 403.90 per cent to Rs -2.34 crore as against Rs 0.77 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 1789.03 per cent in September quarter.

Interest declined by 14.29 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.06 crore, while Taxation increased by 18.75 per cent at Rs 0.19 crore (Sep'24 Rs 0.16 crore).
