In continuation to the above, pursuant to Regulation 29 and other applicable provisions of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, as amended, this is to inform you that the meeting of the BoD of the Company scheduled to be held on Monday, 03.11.2025, will also consider inter-alia the proposal of fund raising by way of issue of equity shares or other securities of the Company through a rights issue and/or any other permissible mode, as may be permitted under applicable law, subject to such regulatory/ statutory approvals as may be required. \r\n
