The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 1,353.87 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 1328.89 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 1.88 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose marginally by 3.43 per cent at Rs 7,163.32 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 6,925.81 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 20.20 per cent to Rs 438.63 crore from Rs 364.93 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 7.00 per cent at Rs 6.42 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 6.00 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 2.50 per cent to Rs 6,724.69 crore as against Rs 6,560.88 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 0.90 per cent in September quarter.

Interest grew by 2.37 per cent y-o-y to Rs 4,995.08 crore, while Taxation increased by 4.58 per cent at Rs 350.84 crore (Sep'24 Rs 335.47 crore).
