The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 4.76 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 9.82 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 51.53 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined moderately by 9.59 per cent at Rs 298.74 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 330.42 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses dropped by 8.87 per cent to Rs 281.65 crore from Rs 309.05 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 7.17 per cent at Rs 4.27 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 4.60 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 20.03 per cent to Rs 17.09 crore as against Rs 21.37 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 11.59 per cent in September quarter.

Interest declined by 2.99 per cent y-o-y to Rs 8.43 crore, while Taxation decreased by 48.22 per cent at Rs 1.60 crore (Sep'24 Rs 3.09 crore).
