The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 35.95 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 35.97 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 0.06 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined moderately by 6.65 per cent at Rs 461.76 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 494.68 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses dropped by 6.79 per cent to Rs 413.47 crore from Rs 443.59 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 45.89 per cent at Rs 8.87 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 6.08 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 5.48 per cent to Rs 48.29 crore as against Rs 51.09 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 1.26 per cent in September quarter.

Interest declined by 57.32 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.35 crore, while Taxation decreased by 2.56 per cent at Rs 12.17 crore (Sep'24 Rs 12.49 crore).
