The Board of Directors at its meeting held on 31st October 2025 inter alia has approved a) redesignation of Mr. Sahasranaman P, Chief Financial Officer (CFO) as the Chief Risk Officer (CRO) of the Company with effect from 1st January, 2026 and b) appointment of Mr. Uppiliyappan C as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Company with effect from 1st January 2026.
