The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 264.61 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 349.60 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 24.31 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined marginally by 1.95 per cent at Rs 2,388.65 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 2,436.19 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 1.86 per cent to Rs 1,890.34 crore from Rs 1,855.86 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 21.20 per cent at Rs 70.92 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 90.00 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 14.13 per cent to Rs 498.31 crore as against Rs 580.33 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 12.43 per cent in September quarter.

Interest declined by 20.87 per cent y-o-y to Rs 31.93 crore, while Taxation decreased by 28.66 per cent at Rs 82.56 crore (Sep'24 Rs 115.72 crore).
