The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.25 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 1.54 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 83.77 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined moderately by 8.49 per cent at Rs 8.52 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 9.31 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 24.23 per cent to Rs 10.10 crore from Rs 8.13 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 61.64 per cent at Rs 3.54 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 2.19 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 233.90 per cent to Rs -1.58 crore as against Rs 1.18 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 245.75 per cent in September quarter.

Interest declined by 37.50 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.45 crore, while Taxation increased by 52.17 per cent at Rs 0.70 crore (Sep'24 Rs 0.46 crore).
