The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 304.44 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 246.86 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 23.32 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined moderately by 7.32 per cent at Rs 1,280.32 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 1,381.41 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses dropped by 12.16 per cent to Rs 979.76 crore from Rs 1,115.45 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 0.75 per cent at Rs 102.58 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 103.36 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 16.59 per cent to Rs 310.08 crore as against Rs 265.96 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 25.82 per cent in September quarter.

Interest declined by 40.22 per cent y-o-y to Rs 2.72 crore, while Taxation decreased by 11.40 per cent at Rs 77.27 crore (Sep'24 Rs 87.21 crore).
