Bartronics India Ltd has been empanelled by Bank of Maharashtra as a Corporate Business Correspondent (CBC) for a period of five years. The company informed the exchanges in accordance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

The empanelment is a service-based engagement under which Bartronics India will provide business correspondent services across the bank’s network. The contract will commence upon acceptance of the empanelment letter and may be extended beyond the initial five-year term at the bank’s discretion.

Key terms of the contract include submission of a performance bank guarantee and adherence to the service quality and performance benchmarks specified by the Bank of Maharashtra. The financial consideration will be based on the volume of correspondent banking transactions, as detailed in the Service Level Agreement to be executed.
