The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 45.14 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 28.75 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 57.01 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose marginally by 3.39 per cent at Rs 776.03 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 750.56 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 1.73 per cent to Rs 727.51 crore from Rs 715.16 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 33.07 per cent at Rs 39.35 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 29.57 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 37.06 per cent to Rs 48.52 crore as against Rs 35.40 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 32.42 per cent in September quarter.

Taxation increased by 48.15 per cent at Rs 14.00 crore (Sep'24 Rs 9.45 crore).
