The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 6.48 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 6.11 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 6.06 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined by 0.67 per cent at Rs 39.86 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 40.13 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 4.48 per cent to Rs 35.69 crore from Rs 34.16 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 55.39 per cent at Rs 5.19 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 3.34 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 30.03 per cent to Rs 4.17 crore as against Rs 5.96 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 29.61 per cent in September quarter.

Interest grew by 35.71 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.19 crore, while Taxation increased by 2.51 per cent at Rs 2.04 crore (Sep'24 Rs 1.99 crore).
