With reference to the captioned subject, third meeting of Committee of Creditors (\CoC\)was convened on 9th October, 2025, and thereater final minutes along with voting results were circulated on 30th October, 2025, in accordance with the Regulation 26 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (Insolvency Resolution Process for Corporate Persons) Regulations, 2016 (\CIRP Regulations\).
