The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 17.53 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 13.10 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 33.82 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 53.59 per cent at Rs 176.51 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 114.92 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 43.08 per cent to Rs 157.40 crore from Rs 110.01 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 40.44 per cent at Rs 7.05 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 5.02 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 289.00 per cent to Rs 19.10 crore as against Rs 4.91 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 153.40 per cent in September quarter.

Interest grew by 60.64 per cent y-o-y to Rs 1.51 crore, while Taxation increased by 704.88 per cent at Rs 4.96 crore (Sep'24 Rs -0.82 crore).
