The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 42.70 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 34.27 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 24.60 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 20.67 per cent at Rs 571.65 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 473.73 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 22.26 per cent to Rs 496.73 crore from Rs 406.30 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 312.27 per cent at Rs 6.72 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 1.63 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 11.12 per cent to Rs 74.93 crore as against Rs 67.43 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 7.87 per cent in September quarter.

Interest declined by 70.98 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.56 crore, while Taxation increased by 22.77 per cent at Rs 23.02 crore (Sep'24 Rs 18.75 crore).
