Conart Engineers Ltd announced that it has received a prestigious project order from Styrenix Performance Materials Ltd for undertaking civil and structural work of a 27 KT Rubber Plant Facility.

According to the company’s filing with the stock exchanges, the contract is valued at Rs 21.67 crore and is expected to be completed within 24 months from November 2025.

The project involves executing the civil and structural work for the entire plant, and has been awarded by a domestic company. Conart Engineers clarified that its promoters have no interest in Styrenix Performance Materials Ltd, and the contract does not fall under related party transactions.
