The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 16.09 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 9.03 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 78.18 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 52.76 per cent at Rs 57.85 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 37.87 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 64.93 per cent to Rs 47.35 crore from Rs 28.71 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 19.32 per cent at Rs 3.34 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 4.14 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 14.63 per cent to Rs 10.50 crore as against Rs 9.16 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 24.97 per cent in September quarter.

Taxation increased by 66.40 per cent at Rs 6.24 crore (Sep'24 Rs 3.75 crore).
