The Company has submitted the standalone un-audited financial results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended 30th September 2025.\r\n\r\nFurther note that the Company has no associate or subsidiary company as on 30th September 2025, whose accounts to be consolidated with the Company. Therefore consolidated financial results are not applicable for the current quarter.
