Sriramulu on a preferential basis as approved by the members at their 33rd Annual General Meeting held on 9th September 2025, in compliance with Chapter V of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2018, provisions of Sections 23(1)(b), 42, 62(1)(c) of the Companies Act, 2013 and subject to such approvals as may be necessary
