The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 1.30 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 0.48 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 170.83 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 20.16 per cent at Rs 24.62 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 20.49 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 0.00 per cent to Rs 13.26 crore from Rs 13.26 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 56.00 per cent at Rs 0.33 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 0.75 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 57.12 per cent to Rs 11.36 crore as against Rs 7.23 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 30.80 per cent in September quarter.

Interest grew by 87.65 per cent y-o-y to Rs 3.04 crore, while Taxation increased by 155.56 per cent at Rs 0.05 crore (Sep'24 Rs -0.09 crore).
