The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 1.05 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 1.72 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 38.95 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose marginally by 4.52 per cent at Rs 4.62 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 4.42 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 33.48 per cent to Rs 3.03 crore from Rs 2.27 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 15.91 per cent at Rs 0.37 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 0.44 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 26.05 per cent to Rs 1.59 crore as against Rs 2.15 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 29.30 per cent in September quarter.

Interest grew by 33.33 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.04 crore, while Taxation increased by 0.00 per cent at Rs 0.37 crore (Sep'24 Rs 0.37 crore).
