The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 5.28 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 9.29 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 43.16 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 15.11 per cent at Rs 88.58 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 76.95 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 21.88 per cent to Rs 78.05 crore from Rs 64.04 crore in year ago period.

Operating Profit slipped by 18.44 per cent to Rs 10.53 crore as against Rs 12.91 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 29.14 per cent in September quarter.

Interest grew by 300.00 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.08 crore, while Taxation increased by 92.31 per cent at Rs 2.25 crore (Sep'24 Rs 1.17 crore).
