The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 2.18 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 1.32 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 65.15 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 49.06 per cent at Rs 67.57 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 45.33 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 52.45 per cent to Rs 68.94 crore from Rs 45.22 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 145.50 per cent at Rs 4.64 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 1.89 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 1354.55 per cent to Rs -1.38 crore as against Rs 0.11 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 916.00 per cent in September quarter.

Interest grew by 12.50 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.27 crore, while Taxation increased by 111.11 per cent at Rs 0.76 crore (Sep'24 Rs 0.36 crore).
