The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 12.18 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 17.10 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 28.77 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 35.14 per cent at Rs 205.52 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 316.86 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses dropped by 34.18 per cent to Rs 192.69 crore from Rs 292.74 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 381.61 per cent at Rs 4.19 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 0.87 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 46.79 per cent to Rs 12.83 crore as against Rs 24.11 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 18.00 per cent in September quarter.

Interest declined by 72.62 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.23 crore, while Taxation decreased by 37.91 per cent at Rs 3.80 crore (Sep'24 Rs 6.12 crore).
