The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.30 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 0.20 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 50.00 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 28.53 per cent at Rs 32.89 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 25.59 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 29.57 per cent to Rs 31.99 crore from Rs 24.69 crore in year ago period.

Operating Profit surged by 0.00 per cent to Rs 0.90 crore as against Rs 0.90 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 22.44 per cent in September quarter.

Interest grew by 19.05 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.50 crore, while Taxation decreased by 64.00 per cent at Rs 0.09 crore (Sep'24 Rs 0.25 crore).
