In terms of Reg 30 and applicable provisions of the SEBI (LODR) Reg, 2015, we wish to inform you that the GRSE has entered a MoU with Andhra Pradesh Maritime Board, Govt. of Andhra Pradesh for the Mutual Cooperation to facilitate the Project (Setting up of a Green Field Shipyard) in the state of Andhra Pradesh on 14 Nov 2025.\r\n\r\nThe Aforesaid MoU is Non Binding in Nature. \r\n
