The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.23 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 0.55 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 58.18 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 87.37 per cent at Rs 10.18 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 80.57 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses dropped by 92.70 per cent to Rs 5.54 crore from Rs 75.84 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 9.09 per cent at Rs 0.30 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 0.33 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 2.32 per cent to Rs 4.63 crore as against Rs 4.74 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 674.32 per cent in September quarter.

Interest grew by 10.20 per cent y-o-y to Rs 4.43 crore, while Taxation decreased by 80.00 per cent at Rs 0.05 crore (Sep'24 Rs 0.25 crore).
