In continuation to the Company's disclosure dated january 29, 2025, we wish to inform that the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) vide letter dated November 11, 2025, has made available \NFCL INDUSTRIES LIMITED\ for change of name of the Company from NAGARJUNA FERTILIZERS AND CHEMICALS LIMITED, based on fresh application.
