The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 5.87 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 2.69 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 118.22 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose triple digit by 117.81 per cent at Rs 135.63 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 62.27 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 120.19 per cent to Rs 127.93 crore from Rs 58.10 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 980.00 per cent at Rs 0.54 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 0.05 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 84.65 per cent to Rs 7.70 crore as against Rs 4.17 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 15.10 per cent in September quarter.

Interest grew by 10.00 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.44 crore, while Taxation increased by 86.96 per cent at Rs 1.72 crore (Sep'24 Rs 0.92 crore).
