The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 137.88 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 105.53 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 30.65 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 9.08 per cent at Rs 1,019.17 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 934.29 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 5.10 per cent to Rs 790.12 crore from Rs 751.78 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 29.47 per cent at Rs 17.09 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 13.20 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 25.50 per cent to Rs 229.05 crore as against Rs 182.51 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 14.99 per cent in September quarter.

Interest grew by 39.76 per cent y-o-y to Rs 28.58 crore, while Taxation increased by 18.38 per cent at Rs 33.42 crore (Sep'24 Rs 28.23 crore).
