The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 5.77 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 5.13 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 12.48 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined moderately by 6.99 per cent at Rs 191.08 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 205.44 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses dropped by 7.44 per cent to Rs 183.12 crore from Rs 197.83 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 204.55 per cent at Rs 3.35 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 1.10 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 4.60 per cent to Rs 7.96 crore as against Rs 7.61 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 12.70 per cent in September quarter.

Interest grew by 212.96 per cent y-o-y to Rs 1.69 crore, while Taxation increased by 11.73 per cent at Rs 2.00 crore (Sep'24 Rs 1.79 crore).
